AI Integration for Small Business Owners
You've tried AI. Let's set it up around your business.
We build a business brain in your own files, connect it to the tools you already use, and stay to keep it running. Nothing goes out without a person approving it.
We built ours first. The setup we run Camell Collective on saves Alyson about 5 hours a week.
For the owner everything still runs through
You've built something real. Clients are happy and the work is good, and still, most things wait on you: the follow-up email, the proposal, the recap from Tuesday's call, the answer to a question you've given fifty times.
You've probably tried AI already. You got a few decent drafts, spent more time explaining your business than it saved you, and went back to doing it yourself. You could learn to set it up properly, and some owners do. Most mean to, and then client work fills the week and the setup sits half done.
The real work is getting what you know out of your head and into a business brain that lives in your own files: your offers, your voice, how you work with clients, and the answers you give every week. That takes focused hours most weeks don't have. We do that part, show you how it all runs, and you keep every piece of it.
This is a good fit if
You have work that repeats every week: inquiries, onboarding, proposals, meeting follow-up, content
You've used ChatGPT or Claude (or keep meaning to), but it still doesn't know how your business works
You'd rather have it built for you than learn to build it yourself
You want to act on what we find, not file it away
We build it, and we stay
Most AI setups end at the handoff. Someone builds a system, shows you around, and leaves. A month later something in your business changes, and the system quietly stops working.
We do this differently because operations is what we do. We build inside the tools you already use and teach you and your team how every piece works, so you can run it yourself. Every build comes with 30 days of support. After that, if you'd rather not think about it, AI Care keeps us on it month to month: a check-in each month, fixes when your tools change, and small new builds when there's room.
Who builds your AI
I'm Alyson Camell, co-founder of Camell Collective. Before operations, I spent more than 20 years in education, the last three as an elementary school principal. That's a lot of years helping busy adults take on a new system and actually keep using it.
I build every AI setup myself, and I built ours first. Our weekly client reports, proposal drafts, and payroll prep now run through Claude, and our builds save me about 5 hours a week.
LOOP ASSESSMENT
We start by finding where your time actually goes. Before we meet, you mark the tasks you do by hand each week and roughly how long each one takes. Then we spend 90 minutes together looking at your week. Within seven business days you get a written report: where your hours go, what we'd build first and why, and a build plan with an hours estimate and a monthly cap. We walk through it together in 45 minutes. The report is yours whether or not you build with us, and the assessment fee is credited toward your build if you start within 30 days.
AI Build
Over three months, we build your roadmap in order of what will help most, inside Claude and connected to the tools you already use. Every build comes with a simple how-to, training for you and your team, and 30 days of support. We check in every two weeks so nothing drifts.
AI Care
Once your builds are running, we keep them that way. A monthly check-in, fixes and adjustments as your business and tools change, and small new builds when there's room.
How to begin
Every engagement is shaped around your business, so we talk through investment together on a free consultation call. New clients start with the LOOP Assessment, and we'll walk you through what's included and anything you'd need before we begin. Your LOOP report includes a build plan with an hours estimate and a monthly cap. We don't go past that cap without your OK, so there are no surprise invoices.
Already a Camell Collective client? You can add AI to the support you already have, no assessment needed. Talk to us at your next check-in, or reach out anytime.
FAQ
-
No. It takes the repetitive work off their plate so they can spend more time on what matters. Every build has a person in charge of it.
-
Not at all. We build it, show you how it works, and leave you a simple how-to for every piece.
-
No. New clients start with the LOOP Assessment. Current clients can skip it and add AI to the support they already have.
-
We connect only the tools you approve, and your business knowledge lives in your own files. And sensitive information never goes into a build at all.
-
Nothing goes out without a person reviewing it, and we test every workflow by hand before it runs on its own. If a build stops working, we fix it.
-
Focus. We'd rather be very good in one platform than average in four. And because your knowledge lives in your own files, you're never locked in.
-
A Claude Team plan, with a seat for you and one for us while we build, plus any tools we connect. You pay those companies directly, and we'll list exactly what you need before we start.
-
New clients, yes. It's how we figure out what's worth building, and the fee is credited toward your build if you start within 30 days.
-
Your first build is the quickest win on your roadmap, so you'll feel it early. We'll give you a realistic timeline once it's scoped.
-
You can run everything yourself, or move to AI Care so we keep it working as your business and the tools change. Either way is completely fine.
Start with a conversation
Not sure yet where AI fits in your business? That's what the first call is for. We'll talk through how your week actually runs and whether this makes sense for you right now. You'll leave with a clearer picture either way. Because Alyson builds every setup herself, we take on a small number of AI clients each quarter. If you want this running by spring, now is when we'd start.
