With over 20 years of leadership experience as a principal and administrator, she brings a level of operational fluency that most agencies simply don't have. She thinks several steps ahead, builds systems that actually stick, and runs point on client relationships, process design, and project management.

Co-Founder, Business StrategyLindsey brings sharp strategic instincts and a background in high-stakes professional environments to every client engagement. She shapes how Camell Collective grows and makes sure the work we take on is always the right fit for the client and for the team. She keeps us sharp, focused, and always building toward what's next.
